In response to request for public consultation on the zero draft of the Freedom Online Coalition (FOC) ‘Donor Principles for Human Rights in the Digital Age’, the Centre for Multilateral Affairs made the following proposals/edits to the original text [underlined] and added, additional point No.10 on the original principles. The original text is based on preliminary feedback from an FCG internal multistakeholder drafting group. Attached is the letter sent to FOC Coalition by the CfMA.
