Patricia serves as Ag. Chief Executive Officer, Research Director as well as Head of Communications and Public Relations at the Centre for Multilateral Affairs (CfMA). She has over 2 years’ work experience in finance and administrative management. Her work with the ICT Association of Uganda (un umbrella body that unites IT professionals in Uganda), has enabled her to develop an appreciation for the ICT sector and the role IT plays in solving global issues.  She holds a bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Journalism and Communications from Makerere University, a master’s degree in international relations and Diplomatic Studies of Makerere University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Policy and Governance from the Uganda Management Institute. She commands English and Luganda languages, with good working knowledge of French.
