Patricia serves as the Research Director as well as Head of Communications and Public Relations at the Centre for Multilateral Affairs (CfMA). She has over 2 years work experience in finance and administrative management. Her work with the ICT Association of Uganda (un umbrella body that unites IT professionals in Uganda), has enabled her develop an appreciation for the ICT sector and the role IT plays in solving global issues.  She holds a Bachelors Degree (Hons) in Journalism and Communications from Makerere University, a Masters Degree in International Relations and Diplomatic Studies of Makerere University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Policy and Governance from the Uganda Management Institute. She commands English and Luganda languages, with good working knowledge of French.
